Policy.

Information you give us. When you request a demo, book a call, fill out a form, or work with us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company, the services you’re interested in, and anything else you choose to share, such as your website, biography, quotes, or images.

Information from lead forms. If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us the information you entered in that form.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive the name, email, amount, and status of a payment, but we don’t receive or store full card numbers.

Messages. We keep the emails, texts, iMessages, and WhatsApp messages you send us, and our replies, so we can follow up and keep a record of the work.

Technical information. Our servers record basic information about each visit, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time, to keep the site running and secure.

We use your information to answer your request, schedule and hold demos, help you get set up and order placements, send invoices and agreements, provide support, and keep records of our work with you.

We also use it to send you information about our services, to improve the site and our services, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal duties.

If you give us your phone number and agree, we may call or text you about your demo and our services, including by automated means. Consent isn’t a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

We don’t share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Publishing partner. When we refer you to our third-party publishing partner, we share the contact and order details needed to set up your access and placements. The partner and its publishers use that information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Service providers. We use companies that help us run the business, including providers for hosting, databases, cloud storage, email, calendars, text and WhatsApp messaging, payments, and AI tools that help us draft messages and organize records. They may use your information only to provide those services to us. Under their standard API business terms, Anthropic and OpenAI do not use our data to train their models. Legal reasons. We may share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale, or transfer of the business.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The public site uses only the cookies needed for it to work, such as keeping an admin signed in. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we’ll update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to keep business, tax, and legal records. When it’s no longer needed, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email, and opt out of texts by replying STOP.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or limit how we use it, or to withdraw consent. That includes residents of California and other US states, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

To make a request, email info@rubiconprgroup.com. We’ll confirm your identity before acting on it, and we won’t treat you differently for using these rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

We’re based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. When we transfer information from the EEA, the United Kingdom, or another region with transfer rules, we rely on the safeguards those rules allow.

Our services are for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we’ll give notice on the site or by email.
