1What a subprocessor is

A subprocessor is a company we use to process personal information on our behalf, such as hosting, payments, or email. Each one may use your information only to provide its service to us, under a written agreement that requires it to protect that information.

Under their standard API business terms, Anthropic and OpenAI do not use our data to train their models.

2Our publishing partner

Our third-party publishing partner isn’t a subprocessor. When we refer you, it receives the details needed to set up your access, then uses them under its own terms and privacy policy. Placements you order through it are between you and the partner.

3Changes to this list

We update this page when we add or replace a subprocessor, and the effective date at the top shows when it last changed. If you’d like notice of changes, or want to object to a new subprocessor, email info@rubiconprgroup.com.
